What is a browser?

A web browser (also referred to as a browser) is application software for accessing the World Wide Web or a local website.

We recommend Google Chrome as the browser to best view the IFC website, but if you prefer any of the other browsers that's fine too. The most important thing is to keep your browser up-to-date and always select a browser with good support.
